ARM Assessment Rehabilitation Management, Inc. is an outpatient rehabilitation facility certified as a Medicare provider by Public Health. Founded by Gail A. Shafer as a hand therapy practice, we took our first patients in January of 1989. Physical therapy and social services were added before the end of that year. We are dedicated to provide services that exceed the expectation of our referral sources and clients. Our staff promotes health, functional restoration, and injury prevention as we provide occupational, physical and hand therapy, injury prevention workshops, professional seminars and management services.

     Occupational and physical therapists provide a full range of orthopedic rehabilitation services. Areas of specialization include hand therapy, industrial and sports medicine, burn care, manual medicine, and ergonomics. Exceptional, personalized care to all patients with varying diagnosis, whether upper extremity, back, neck, or lower extremity is carefully provided in a team atmosphere.
